Foreign participants must be in possession of a valid identity card or passport when entering Germany. As a rule, EU citizens do not require a visa. Participants from countries requiring a visa should contact the Federal Foreign Office or the German consular or diplomatic representations in their home country for further information.

Please enclose the form a well readable copy of your passport with your name, date of birth and passport number.

Invitation letters will only be sent by e-mail and only to participants who are registered for the conference.

No invitation letters will be sent after 1 March 2024.
